Darren approached Farmer Tom and Dawn Nivison, owners of Silverton Farms, in 2019 with an idea to hold community farm-to-table dinners at their beautiful, organic farm in the heart of Toms River. Chef Darren's expertise in making exceptional plant-based foods combined with the highest quality organic produce grown right there on the farm, not to mention with the rustic farmhouse setting, have made tickets for these dinners the hottest in town.
